When to Arrive

The conference will begin promptly on Monday, June 23, 2008 at 8 a.m.

When to Depart

Participants are asked to stay through the end of the conference. The conference concludes at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 25, 2008.

Onsite Check-In

All participants must check-in at the conference registration desk to pick up a name badge and conference materials. The conference registration desk hours are:

Monday, June 23:	7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday, June 24:	7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Wednesday, June 25:	7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Conference Attire

The conference attire is business casual. Meeting room temperatures are often cool. We suggest that you bring a sweater or jacket or wear layers of clothing for added comfort.

Sponsored Meal Function

The National Institute on Disability and Rehabilitation Research’s (NIDDR) Employment Rehabilitation Research and Training Centers (RRTC) will host a reception on Monday evening featuring light hors d’oeuvres.

Refreshment Breaks and Working Lunches

Continental breakfast featuring coffee, tea, decaf and an assortment of breakfast breads and afternoon refreshments will be served each day of the conference. A working lunch will be held each day of the conference. If you require any special accommodations for these events, please note this information on the registration form accordingly.

Environmental Factors

People with environmental illness must minimize their exposure to harmful substances. To ensure the comfort of all summit participants, we ask that you not wear perfumes or scented personal care products at the summit.
